Everything you need to know about processing times, delivery, and tracking for orders placed on this store.
Order processing time
Orders are checked, packed, and handed to our courier partner within [1–2 business days] of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery times
Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date, and may vary during high-demand periods.
Shipping charges
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Orders above [₹999] ship free within India.
Order tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our facility. You can also check order status anytime from [My Orders / your account page].
Delayed or missing orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, check the tracking link first — most delays clear within 24–48 hours. If it's still not moving, contact us with your order number and we'll follow up with the courier directly.
Damaged in transit
Gas Safe ships in protective packaging, but if your unit arrives visibly damaged, don't install it. Photograph the packaging and the product, and contact us within [48 hours] of delivery — we'll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
A device with shipping damage should never be fitted to a live cylinder. When in doubt, contact us before installing.
